ARK Marketing is a publishing and link-tracking tool for content creators. It connects a creator's Instagram professional account, publishes posts and reels only after the creator's manual, one-by-one approval inside the App, and shows aggregate counts per tracked link (visits, conversions, revenue).
From Instagram (via Meta's API, using the permissions instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_content_publish):
We do not read messages, comments, or insights.
From your use of the App:
We never see names, usernames, or messages of people who visit your links — only aggregate counts.
Only to operate the App: maintain your Instagram connection, publish the content you approved, and show you your aggregate per-link performance.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
To function, the App communicates with Meta's APIs (this is how the Instagram connection and publishing work). We do not share your data with any other third party.
We use infrastructure and network providers (for example Cloudflare) to host and deliver the App. They process data only to provide those services, and we do not allow them to use it for their own purposes.
Your Instagram access token is stored encrypted on our server and is never displayed. You can disconnect your account at any time (see Data deletion).
Our providers may process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
We keep your account data while your Instagram account stays connected. When you disconnect, your access token and the connection record are deleted right away. Scheduled posts, drafts and per-link statistics stay in your workspace until you delete them or ask us to delete everything; on a full deletion request we delete them too, within 30 days. Backups, if any, are purged within 30 days.
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time: disconnect your Instagram account inside the App, or write to [email protected].
We answer requests sent by email within 30 days.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated inside the App.
