You can delete your ARK Marketing data at any time, in two ways:
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion" and the Instagram username you connected. We will delete your data and confirm by reply.
We reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Disconnecting deletes your access token and the connection record. Your scheduled posts, drafts and per-link statistics stay in your workspace until you delete them or ask us to delete everything; when you ask for a full deletion by email, or Meta sends a deletion request, we delete them too. Per-link statistics are aggregate counts and contain no personal data about the people who visit your links.
Note: content already published to Instagram lives on Instagram. To remove a published post or reel, delete it in the Instagram app.
If you remove ARK Marketing from your Meta account settings, Meta sends an automatic data-deletion request to our server. We process it the same way: your access token and connection record are deleted.
